App at LolaJack: 6,500+ Games on Mobile

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment Methods

Every payment method available on the desktop site is also accessible through the mobile browser. Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency wallets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USDT all appear in the mobile cashier. Tap the cashier icon after logging in to select your preferred deposit method and enter your amount.

Processing Times

Payment Security

The mobile cashier operates behind 256-bit SSL encryption. No payment credentials are stored on-device; all transactions are processed through the same encrypted payment gateway used on desktop. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal regardless of which device you use. The documents accepted are an Australian driver’s licence or passport, plus a proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months.

Games in the App

Pokies

The full pokies catalogue of 6,500-plus titles loads in mobile browser without any performance penalty on compatible devices. Pragmatic Play titles such as Sweet Bonanza and Big Bass Bonanza run smoothly, as do high-volatility bonus-buy pokies from Hacksaw Gaming (Wanted Dead or a Wild) and Relax Gaming (Money Train 2). Megaways mechanics and cluster-pays formats function correctly in HTML5, so no desktop-only features are hidden from mobile players. Demo mode is available on most titles, letting you test volatility and bonus round frequency before wagering real funds.

Live Casino

Live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming stream in high definition over 4G and Wi-Fi. Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, and Monopoly Live are among the game shows available from mobile. Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi also contribute live tables. The chat panel and bet interface are redesigned for touch input, so placing and adjusting bets feels natural on a phone or tablet screen.

Table Games

Classic blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and video poker variants are all accessible on mobile. Premium European Roulette and Classic Blackjack Pro display cleanly at narrower viewports, with all bet controls repositioned for thumb reach.

Jackpots

Progressive jackpot pokies including Mega Moolah from Microgaming and daily jackpot titles from Red Tiger Gaming are available in the mobile lobby. The jackpot ticker updates in real time on mobile the same as on desktop.

What’s Inside

Key Features

The mobile experience at LolaJack covers the full feature set: game search and filter by provider or type, the Challenges panel for Coin accumulation, the My Bonus section showing active wagering progress, live chat support, and the complete promotions catalogue. Settings including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion controls from the responsible gaming section are accessible from the mobile profile menu.

Differences from the Browser Version

There is no functional difference between the mobile browser experience and the desktop site in terms of available games, bonuses, or cashier options. The layout adapts to the screen size but no features are removed. The Progressive Web App shortcut simply removes the browser address bar and provides a full-screen view, it does not add or remove any capabilities.

Compatibility

Android Version

LolaJack’s mobile site requires Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher. Devices running Android 8.0 with Chrome 80 or later and a stable internet connection will load the full game library and live dealer streams. The Progressive Web App shortcut can be added from Chrome for Android using the three-dot menu and the Add to Home Screen option.

iOS Version

iOS 12 or later is required. Safari 13 or above is the recommended browser. Chrome for iOS is also supported. The Add to Home Screen option for the Progressive Web App is accessed through the Safari share sheet. Face ID and Touch ID can be used for biometric device unlock before opening the PWA shortcut if your device supports these features.

Min. Requirements

Device and connection requirements vary by game type. Pokies and table games load on any connection from 3G upward. Live dealer game shows such as Crazy Time from Evolution Gaming deliver the best experience on a 4G or Wi-Fi connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed.

Security

Encryption

All data between your device and LolaJack servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by major financial institutions. This covers login credentials, payment data, and personal account information.

2FA

Two-factor authentication is available from the Security tab in Account Settings. Once enabled, each login from a new device or browser requires a time-sensitive code from your authenticator app. This prevents unauthorised access even if your password is obtained by a third party.

Biometrics

On devices that support Face ID or fingerprint recognition, the biometric authentication for your device lock screen can be used to secure access to the LolaJack PWA shortcut. The casino itself does not independently control biometric authentication; it relies on the device-level lock that protects the shortcut.

How to Download and Install

Android (Step by Step)

Open Chrome on your Android device and navigate to lolajackaussie.com. Wait for the page to fully load, then tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome. Select Add to Home Screen from the dropdown, confirm the shortcut name, and tap Add. The LolaJack icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open the casino in a full-screen browser window.

iOS (Step by Step)

Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to lolajackaussie.com. Once the page has loaded, tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow) in the Safari toolbar. Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name and tap Add in the top-right corner. The LolaJack shortcut appears on your home screen and opens the site in a full-screen view without the Safari address bar.

PWA/Shortcut

There is no separate download file for the LolaJack PWA. The Progressive Web App is a saved view of the website itself, not a standalone application. It does not require storage space beyond what the browser cache already uses. Updates to the site are reflected automatically the next time you open the shortcut.

Communication Channels

Responsible Gaming

Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options are available from the responsible gaming section in your mobile account profile. Self-exclusion can be set for periods of up to 12 months and takes effect immediately.
